RESERVATION CONDITIONS

You will be the only occupants of the villa whose rental includes the use of all common and exterior areas.
The number of rooms open depends on the number of people participating in the stay.
Your housekeeper welcomes you from the first day and will accompany you during your stay. If you wish to be guided by the housekeeper or book a cooking class, you will need to arrange the terms of these services with her.

The list of all your hosts must be communicated to us before your arrival- depending on the number of guests, entrance fees may be applied. Please note: people not on your list will be refused access to the domain.
​
If you choose to cook and do your shopping, we ask for an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €50 if necessary.
​
Deposit: on the day of your arrival, your housekeeper will take a credit card imprint as a deposit.
​
Alcoholic Beverages: We are not licensed to purchase or transport Alcohol for you. But we're happy to keep it cool, and serve it for you. Without corkage fees.
​
We remind you that Moroccan culture and legislation do not authorize the cohabitation of an unmarried woman and man of Muslim faith. No form of prostitution is tolerated in any of our establishments. No parties (weddings, etc.) or collective events are accepted.
Any cancellation due to one of these reasons will not give rise to any refund;
A last minute cancellation or early departure does not result in any refund of the stay.
